Nadeem graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint with a BS in Biology and an MS in Health Care Administration. After graduation, he moved to Henderson, NV to be close to his cousin and quickly realized that hospitality was his true calling. Nadeem has spent nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry in Las Vegas. From his start at a local transportation company to his start in corporate events, Nadeem has learned both the sales and operations sides of the business. He is well known for his vast transportation knowledge, calm demeanor, and his willingness to go above and beyond for his clients. Nadeem enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family, and watching his beloved Michigan Wolverines. Go Blue!
With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the luxury hotel industry, Ashley began her career in hospitality at the age of 19. Starting as a Front Desk Agent, she quickly transitioned into Conference Sales as a Business Development Manager, where she uncovered her true passion for event management. For the past 12 years, Ashley has excelled as a Convention Services Manager, honing her expertise in catering, contract negotiations, budgeting, marketing, and delivering exceptional customer service. Her commitment to creating memorable events is complemented by her keen attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ashley is a devoted mother to her 15-year-old son and a proud dog owner of an adorable Goldendoodle. When she’s not orchestrating events, Ashley enjoys cooking and keeping up with her favorite television shows. As a passionate foodie, she delights in exploring new culinary experiences and sharing her love of great food with family and friends.
Courtney Hartmann is a Las Vegas–based event professional with over 16 years of experience in Event Management. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, she studied hospitality management at the University of Central Florida before moving to Las Vegas, where she began her career in nightlife management and soon transitioned into event planning. Courtney has built an extensive portfolio spanning corporate conventions, company summits, weddings, mitzvahs, television wrap parties, award shows, and travel and leisure groups. Known for her keen eye for detail and her ability to cultivate meaningful, long-lasting client relationships, she takes pride in creating memorable experiences that keep clients coming back year after year.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys her time with her husband, two little children, and their dog, Brad Pitt. She loves spontaneous weekend trips to the beach with the family, attending concerts, discovering great happy hour spots, and is rarely seen without an iced coffee in hand.
